- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Equivalent
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in design of mechanical Services
- Strong Knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC and Fire Fighting Services
- Strong Knowledge of Local Authority requirements
- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
- Proficient in handling electronic equipment, computer hardware and software
- Self-motivated and highly organized Positive in approach with good aptitude
- Basic knowledge of Engineering design tools
- Knowledge of REVIT MEP, Navisworks and AutoCAD
- Dubai Municipality/ Trakhees approved engineers with SOE card preferred.
